At your first appointment, which could take between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your health issue, we take a detailed history and carry out a thorough examination and then plan and proceed with any needed treatment program. Treatment will comprise of manual therapy in the form of manipulation mobilisations and we may also recommend electrotherapy and or acupuncture, which is always subject to your agreement.

We will also recommend an exercise program which can be carried out in the comfort of your home and will include postural, ergonomic and lifestyle advice and discuss a likely timescale for the resolutions of any health conditions. Should any follow up treatment be needed, this will also be arranged, subject to your needs.
