I have a person-centred foundation for the way I work incorporating other approaches when appropriate Such as CBT, Art therapy among many others. I work with many issues including Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, Addiction and Low self-esteem, to name but a few.

I work on a one-to-one basis where you will feel listened to, helping you work through the issues you are experiencing.

I offer face-to-face, online or telephone counselling sessions
